Since I've opened registration for Get Your Year In Gear, I've gotten inundated with really great questions about it. I thought many of you might have similar ones that you would like to have answered before reserving your seat, so I am answering them here where everyone can access them!

Beginning with Lesson #1, you will begin to see the “light at the end of the tunnel” and how to prevent those nasty train wrecks that often happen between work life and home life. At the end of 8 weeks, you will feel, not only laser focused on your personal success factors, but light and relaxed as you go about your daily life. Sound good? I think so, too:)
2. Teach me how to “get out of my own way”?
As a business coach and strategist, I have the advantage of seeing you and your business from 10,000 feet. Using this unique perspective, I can see where you are creating stumbling blocks for yourself. Part of your one-on-one access to me will be devoted to uncovering –and then removing- these unnecessary stressors.
3. Show me how to be the kind of Leader that will inspire my team members to want my position?

12. Can Get Your Year In Gear really help ME?
I believe that it can. If you are a committed direct selling leader with at least six month experience and 5 or more active team members, you will experience a significant return on your investment.
That said, I can teach you all the strategies and techniques that I know and it will have absolutely NO impact on your business if you do nothing with it. You will learn brand new, cutting edge tactics and I will ask you to put them into practice while we are in class. If you are closed to new ways of thinking or believe that you already know everything you need to know, then you really can’t gain much from this class.

Yes! Lesson #7 is completely devoted to giving you and very easy tool to track your prospects from initial meeting through closing the sale. In Lesson #6, you will create your own compelling way of talking about your business. The method I will teach you is unique to your own business and way of working (no cookie-cutter scripts here!). 15. Teach me how to position myself as an “expert” in my community?
In today’s competitive marketplace, consumers are looking for experts to solve their problems. In this course I will teach you specific techniques that you can implement immediately to be THE recognized expert in your area.

18. Teach me how to know exactly what I should be working on to yield the most bang for the buck?
Successful business people seem to have the innate ability to know exactly what they should be working on at all times (and, more importantly, what they should NOT be working on). I’ve seen your inboxes and the number of business ideas that come at you each and everyday, so I know how difficult this can be for you:)

19. What if I can’t make every call?
That is ok. I’ve actually designed this course around that fact that you probably won’t be able to make every call. Each call is recorded and made available to you within 24 hours at our private class website. I would like you to make as many live calls as possible, of course – because that is the fastest and easiest way to get your questions answered.
20. Do I have to do homework every week?
You can skip the weekly homework if you want to, but ….your business will not shift as quickly as it could. You will need to set aside about an hour a week to complete your assignments. This is the fastest way I know to begin implementing what you learn AND reaping the benefits of your newfound success strategies.
21. Instantly change my business and put me at the top of the compensation plan in record time?
This is not a “get rich quick” course. So often in this industry I watch people jump from idea to idea on the promise that it will shoot you to the top in record time. They are on the hunt for that “magic pill”. If that is what you are looking for, this course is not for you.
Instead, I teach a method of successful working and living. If you follow the process and methods that I teach you – along with my support and coaching along the way – you will reach your desired success, and probably faster than you thought.
22. What if I don’t want to invest in myself and my business?
You know that saying, “you have to invest money to make money?” – it is absolutely true. I would go one step further and say “You have to wisely invest money to make money.” Many of my clients tell me that they’ve thrown hundreds of dollars away on classes and products that promised so much and delivered so little.
